Jeff Slatnick has run the Music Inn World Instruments, a West Village institution, for over forty years.  During that time he developed the electric zarode, a modern update of a traditional Indian instrument.  Four years ago he and Andy Doughty made a prototype, and have been selling the instrument ever since.
